Governance

Young Horizons is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors.  Our Board consists of community leaders who care deeply about the children and families in our community.   Members serve three-year terms. The Board is responsible for defining and carrying out Young Horizons’ mission, setting policies, hiring and evaluating the Executive Director, and ensuring the financial health and security of the organization.
